Designer
Matthew Patrick Smyth is an award-winning New York designer and principal of his own firm, where he specializes in residential design. He’s also created carpet, fabric and wallpaper collections and written a book. Known for his impeccable attention to detail, his recent projects include residences in New York, Greenwich, Westport, Palm Beach, Paris and London. Awards include the Stars of Design Award for Interior Design, ELLE DÉCOR’s Top 25 A List and New York Spaces Top 50.

Brendan McHale
Brendan McHale is Executive Chef of TastingTable.com in New York, where he oversees all culinary operations, develops seasonal recipes and impresses stylish crowds with party-perfect dishes. He was previously Executive Chef of Jack’s Luxury Oyster Bar in New York and chef de cuisine of Barbara Lynch’s The Butcher Shop in Boston. He’s a graduate of the Culinary Arts program at Johnson & Wales University.
Antony Todd
Antony Todd is a New York-based designer and runs his own firm, Antony Todd Inc., with retail stores located in New York and Istanbul. Born and raised in Australia, Antony originally trained as a costume and set designer, and is known today for the refined and far-ranging aesthetic of his interior design, floral design and event productions. Donatella Arpaia
Restaurateur
Donatella Arpaia is a New York restaurateur, chef, cookbook author and TV personality.
A frequent judge on Food Network's Iron Chef America and The Next Iron Chef, she studied at the French Culinary Institute and the Italian Culinary Academy and went on to open a series of highly acclaimed restaurants in New York and Miami, including Donatella Restaurant in New York's Chelsea neighborhood. She was named "Hostess with the Mostest" by Zagat.

Loren Daye is a Brooklyn-based designer and owner of the creative design studio, Love Is Enough. A world traveler, she brings her unique aesthetic and collaborative approach to projects like the Tasting Table Test Kitchen & Dining Room, retail salon 35 Crosby and Steven Alan Tribeca, as well as residential and hospitality projects in New York and abroad. She's a graduate of Pratt Institute with a Masters of Science in Interior Design.

Mary Jo Peterson is an award-winning designer, member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association's Hall of Fame, and president of her own Connecticut-based design firm. A frequent national speaker and educator, she's also written three books on universal design. She writes the design column for Kitchen & Bath Design News as well, and contributes regularly to a variety of design magazines.
