15,000 BTU EvenThree™ Burner

Go from very high heat to very low heat on a single burner. With two burner rings, the EvenThree™ burner can be set to an ultra-high 15,000 BTUs, versatile 3,000 BTUs or ultra-low 750 BTUs for excellent cooking control and flexibility.

MultiMode® Convection System with Convection Element

This convection system features a convection fan that circulates heated air over, under and around food for superbly even cooking and browning.
