Dual-Fan MultiMode® True Convection System

This system features a 1,200-watt oval heating element and two round fans that distribute heat evenly and thoroughly throughout the oven. Six different convection cooking modes, including bake, roast and broil, all deliver superbly consistent results.

One 20,000 BTU Stacked PowerBurner

Each PowerBurner features two burners stacked in one location on the cooking service with a maximum output of 20,000 BTUs providing the power for high-temperature cooking techniques such as wok cooking and flash frying.

Electric Griddle (1,320 Watts)

This high-performance, 1,320-watt chrome griddle provides even heat distribution for consistent cooking along its entire surface. Its durable chrome surface allows for faster cooking at lower temperatures, and can be easily cleaned to maintain its sleek appearance.
