Modular Design

Modular cartridges allow you to reconfigure this cooktop to suit your cooking preferences. An additional grill assembly or gas cartridge can be purchased.

PerimaVent™ Downdraft Ventilation System with Fan

This efficient built-in ventilation system draws smoke, steam and cooking odors down from the cooktop, filtering them through an air grill and basin-pan edges, to maintain a fresh environment as you cook.

Interchangeable Grills, Cartridges and Accessories (Sold Separately)

These additional cartridges and accessories allow you to easily reconfigure the cooktop to suit your cooking preferences. Options include grill assembly, griddle and radiant or coil elements.
