Modular Design

Modular cartridges allow you to reconfigure this cooktop to suit your cooking preferences. An additional grill assembly or gas cartridge can be purchased.

PerimaVent™ Downdraft Ventilation System with Fan

This efficient built-in ventilation system draws smoke, steam and cooking odors down from the cooktop, filtering them through an air grill and basin-pan edges, to maintain a fresh environment as you cook.

Replaceable 2,800-Watt Energy Saver Grill Assembly and DuraCoat™ Liner Pan

Independent temperature control on each half of the grill allows you to cook smaller amounts of food or cook on both sides at different temperatures simultaneously.
